Liaison Technologies is a leading company in cloud-based integration and data management solutions. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support to Liaison customers worldwide. Tasks include analyzing, solving and reporting customers’ technical issues. The position is based in Tampere.

You do not need to be a ready professional since we will provide training for the job. We also have great opportunities for advancement in your field. You are

  • Customer service oriented
  • Technically capable with strong problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn new technologies and developing your skills
  • Self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Finnish and English

You have

  • Technical degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Finnish and in English
  • Experience with different file transfer protocols such as SFTP, AS2, HTTP is considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, Git and logging tools such as Kibana will also be considered beneficial
